Pricing, trying and cancelling
What does Voxori cost exactly?
One all-in price for everything: Voxori Complete, €319/month. Or build your own: Voxori Base €79/month plus the modules you pick, each with a flat monthly price — together never more than €319 (price ceiling). Prefer no subscription? Voxori Flex bills €0.32 per minute, per second. €0 setup, cancel monthly, 30-day money-back guarantee.
What does a call cost in call minutes?
Subscriptions have no minute cap (fair use). Only Voxori Flex bills per minute: €0.32, billed per second — an average call of 60–90 seconds comes to roughly €0.50. No Twilio passthrough, no hidden per-minute fees on subscriptions.
How do I know it fits — without burning money?
Two gates that protect spend: (1) €0 setup — no start-up invoice at all, (2) 30-day money-back guarantee if you don't like it. Plus: we run guided pilot calls together before unattended use, so you hear the quality before a real caller does.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, no reason needed, no penalty. You keep the logs of your calls.
Privacy, GDPR and the AI disclosure duty
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Servers in Amsterdam, calls are stored as a transcript by default (audio recording is an optional module, with disclosure to the caller), and you can request deletion of any caller's data on demand.
Does the caller hear that it's AI?
At the start of every call Voxori states explicitly that she is the digital assistant — required under EU AI Act art. 52, but also just plain honest in our view. The voice sounds natural enough that many callers don't notice; we never hide it.
What data do you share with third parties?
No customer data to advertisers, no training data to AI providers. The pipeline uses Deepgram (STT, EU servers), Anthropic (LLM, no-training promise on API), ElevenLabs (TTS) and Google Calendar (your calendar only). A sub-processor appendix with details comes with the data processing agreement.
Call quality and reliability
Does it really sound human?
Almost. Voxori uses a natural Dutch voice, so many callers barely notice the difference. Still, Voxori announces at the start of every call that she is the digital assistant — we never hide that it's AI.
What if Voxori doesn't understand a question?
On noise she politely asks for a repeat, on doubt she suggests the most likely interpretation, and on complaints or non-standard requests she transfers to your mobile.
What if Voxori makes a mistake?
Three safeguards: (1) she never claims a booking if the tool didn't return success — anti-hallucination is in code, not policy; (2) every transcript + (optional) recording is replayable in your portal; (3) you can delete any caller's history (GDPR). On a real mistake we want to hear it within 24 hours — we adjust the template.
Features and tech
Does it work at night too?
Yes, 24/7. Voxori is a cloud service with no office hours. Someone calling at 23:00 to book for tomorrow just gets helped.
Does Voxori also work via WhatsApp, email or social DMs?
Yes — WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM all work: Voxori replies to incoming messages with the same booking brain it uses on the phone — actually handling the conversation and making appointments, not just sending a confirmation. We enable it per customer: WhatsApp with your own Business number, email with your own mailbox, Messenger with your own Facebook page, and Instagram DM via the Instagram account linked to that page. We switch each channel on per customer after a guided pilot.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Two ways: (1) you get a new Voxori number you put on your website / business card, or (2) you keep your own number and set conditional forwarding (no-answer / busy / out-of-hours → Voxori). Your own number stays the same everywhere.
Why Voxori and not a different AI?
Voxori is built for the Dutch small-business reality: fluent Dutch, live Google Calendar booking, servers in Amsterdam, GDPR-proof. Plus: 29 industry templates with the typical questions, jargon and booking logic of your trade baked in — Voxori actually tries to take work off your phone, not just answer it. And, crucially: Voxori never promises anything that didn't really happen.
Modules and extra features
What happens when the calendar is fully booked?
Voxori puts the caller on the waitlist. If a slot frees up — a cancellation, for example — the person who's been waiting longest automatically gets a text. If they don't reply in time, the slot moves to the next person. Add-on module (+€19/mo), included as standard in Voxori Complete.
Do I have to manage the waitlist myself?
No. Voxori manages the order itself and sends the text automatically the moment a slot opens up — you never have to call anyone back.
Does Voxori call patients on its own for check-up appointments?
Yes, for the practices where that fits — dentists, dental hygienists, physiotherapy, vets, opticians. Once someone's check-up interval has passed and there's no new appointment booked, they automatically get one text inviting them to call. Add-on module (+€24/mo), included as standard in Complete.
Can someone opt out of those recall reminders?
Yes. Every text respects the do-not-call list, and no more than one message goes to the same number per month — this is a reminder within an existing relationship, not a marketing campaign.
How does Voxori collect Google reviews?
After an appointment that was kept, Voxori sends a text with a review link — at most once every 90 days per customer, so never pushy. Add-on module (+€34/mo), included as standard in Complete.
Does a less-than-great experience go straight to Google?
Not necessarily. With reputation management (part of this module, in pilot) the link first lands on a page of your own where someone leaves a score and a comment — only after that does the button to the public Google review appear. That way you catch criticism yourself first.
Does Voxori build a customer database for me?
Yes — the built-in CRM module automatically fills a contact card and timeline per customer, populated from every call, channel and appointment. No external integration needed. Add-on module (+€39/mo), included as standard in Complete. Currently in pilot: we switch it on together with you.
Does the built-in CRM work with HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Those integrations are on the roadmap. Today the built-in CRM is entirely Voxori's own, with no export to an external system.
How do I make sure Voxori gives the right answers about my business?
You enter your own question-and-answer facts — prices, opening hours, contacts, anything. Voxori uses only those facts and never invents an answer that isn't in there. Add-on module (+€19/mo), included as standard in Complete.
Can Voxori read my own website for the knowledge base?
Yes. You can import the knowledge base from your own website; every suggestion arrives as a draft that you approve before Voxori ever tells it to a caller.
What does it cost to add WhatsApp, email and Instagram DM?
Together, the Extra Channels module (+€44/mo), included as standard in Complete. Voxori replies to incoming messages on every channel with the same brain it uses on the phone — actually holding the conversation, not just an auto-reply.
Do I need to connect each channel separately?
Yes: WhatsApp with your own Business number, email with your own mailbox, Messenger with your own Facebook page, and Instagram DM via the linked Instagram account. We switch on each channel per customer after a guided pilot.
Does Voxori call people back on its own?
Yes, but only within an existing customer relationship: a callback request, a reminder or a confirmation — never cold outreach or telemarketing. The do-not-call list is always respected. Add-on module (+€39/mo), included in Complete. Currently in pilot.
Is proactive callback GDPR-compliant?
Yes — these are transactional service calls within a relationship that already exists, with an opt-out on every call. No marketing consent needed, but there's always a way to opt out.
Can I send call data to my own systems?
Yes. The moment a call ends, Voxori sends the event (outcome, duration, appointment data) to Zapier, Make.com, or your own webhook URL — connecting thousands of other apps without custom development. +€9/mo, included as standard in Complete, and on by default unless you switch it off.
Do I need technical knowledge for the Zapier or Make integration?
No — that's set up with ready-made steps inside Zapier or Make.com itself. Your own webhook URL does need a developer who can process the incoming JSON.
Can I put Voxori on my website without a phone number?
Yes — the chat widget is a standalone piece of text chat (script or iframe) you place on your own site, using the same anti-hallucination brain as the phone and the required AI disclosure. No Voxori phone number needed; also sold separately as a custom module without a subscription, +€29/mo. Currently in pilot: we switch it on together with you.
Does the chat widget use the same knowledge base as the phone?
Yes, and the same rule: Voxori only answers what's genuinely in the knowledge base and never makes an answer up.
Other questions
Do I need a separate ticket system for reports?
Not any more. Voxori has a built-in service desk module: every ticket gets a number Voxori can read back during the call, a handler, and response and resolution targets. The reporter follows their ticket on a page of their own, without an account. Unlimited handlers, one price per organisation. If you already have a connected ticket system, that stays leading. The service desk is new and in pilot: built and tested, not yet in use at a customer — we switch it on together.
Does an SLA target keep running outside office hours?
No. You set per weekday when you work; only those hours count. A ticket that arrives at 4:45 pm on Friday with a four working-hour target is due on Monday afternoon, not over the weekend. And the moment you are waiting on the reporter, the clock pauses until they reply.
Can I keep answering calls myself?
Yes. Besides 'answer directly', Voxori has a safety-net mode: your own phone rings first and Voxori only steps in when you don't pick up or are on another call. There's also an out-of-hours-only mode. Start small and scale up whenever you're ready.
